Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination desired. There is no fee for them and they do not expire. They may be purchased at the store or via phone call with an approved credit card. They may be purchased by and for both members and non-members.

Food Stamps
GEM accepts EBT cards for qualified purchases.

Meeting Space
The Upstairs is available to non-profit groups and organizations for meetings and events. There is no fee or purchase requirement to use the facility. The GEM Deli can provide food ranging from snacks to full meals for those that wish to have it. To inquire or make reservations for your group please contact Perry McNeese at the store. Please note that we do not have an elevator to the upstairs.

Special Orders
To save you money and expand the products we can offer you we have a user friendly special order system. When you order by the case we bring it in specifically for you and sell it to you for ten to fifteen percent less than our regular shelf price. If we don’t stock an item you need we will special order it for you. To take advantage of this benefit just ask anyone of our staff and they will take care of your needs.
